How do I register?
Click "Sign Up" and complete the form.
How do I top up?
Go to Payment after logging in and choose a method.
How do I get a number?
Pick a service and country, then click Buy.
What happens after I buy a number?
Go to Buy Number → use number → click "Get SMS" → enter code on target service.
How do I check my history?
All purchases are listed under My Numbers → History.

When do you restock numbers?
Constantly. Check the News page or Whatsapp channel for updates.
Why can't I buy even if there's stock?
Stock is shared via API-- some services sell out quickly. Kindly try again or switch country
Account
Can't sign up?
Check spam for confirmation email. Still issues? Contact support.
Can't sign in?
Double-check your email/password, reset if needed. Try another IP if blocked.
Why is my account blocked?
Low activation success (under 10%) or frequent cancels can trigger temporary bans.
Payments
Are there top-up fees?
Yes, 0.5%–2% depending on method/currency.
Top-up didn't show?
Wait 30 minutes. Still missing? Email support with payment details + screenshot.
Can I withdraw or transfer balance?
No. Balance is for service use only. Transfers between users are not supported.
How can I get a refund?
You must meet refund criteria (see Refund Policy). If eligible, we'll refund to original payment or Vplug credit.
SMS Delivery
Didn't get SMS?
Try another provider or country. VPN may help. Still no SMS? Reject the number to auto-refund.
Can I reuse the same number?
No. Once activated, the number is locked. For multiple verifications, buy another or use rental.
